What is BIP-39?

BIP39 is the open-source industry standard used by cryptocurrency wallets. It is an alphabetical word list of 2048 words.
The first word 'Abandon' is number '0001' The last word 'Zoo' is number '2048'. All the words in between also have a correlating number.

Which wallets are supported?

Zeus enables you to store your BIP39 seed phrase. The majority of the wallets out there use the BIP39 protocol. Examples: Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, Trust Wallet, Exodus, Electrum, MetaMask, and more.

Am I reliant on CryptoTag to recover my seed phrase?

No. BIP39 is an industry-standard that can not be changed. This means you can always retrieve your recovery seed, with or without CRYPTOTAG or any other third party needed.
